Rob the Robot is a Canadian-Singaporean animated children's television series that originally aired from September 6, 2010, to February 25, 2013. Based on the children's book series of the same name by John Magart, the show follows four young friends flying around the Robot Galaxy in a spaceship to different planets to solve various tasks. It was co-produced by Amberwood Entertainment and Singapore's One Animation, commissioned by Canadian broadcasters TVO, Knowledge Network, CBC's Radio Canada Television, and Access.

Lore & Background
The series centers on Rob, a curious and adventurous light silver metal robot, and his friends: Ema, a green alien linguist; TK, a red robot passionate about building and repairing; and Orbit, a clumsy orange robot artist. They are guided by Mission Control, a robotic hand, and occasionally joined by Squeak, a blue clockwork mouse with a great sense of smell. The characters travel through the Robot Galaxy in a spaceship, visiting different planets to complete missions.
